ENTRIES FOR THE 2025 YOUNG CREATIVE AWARDS ARE NOW CLOSED. SUBMISSIONS FOR YCA 2026 WILL OPEN IN NOVEMBER.

Your film needs to be a maximum duration of 5 minutes of content, (submissions any longer than this will not be considered).
We will be judging camera skills, composition, lighting, and sound. We will also be judging editing skills, colour correction and sound design where applicable.
There is no theme, so you can be as creative as you like. However explicit, gratuitous work, or work containing extreme profanity will not be considered.
Please include a brief description of your film and what inspired you to make it, as we will take this into account as part of the judging process.
COPYRIGHT
Please do not use excerpts from copyrighted music in your film entry. It is technically fraudulent if you use it without permission and can lead to problems if we want to promote the winner or the entry online, as it would get flagged and we would have to take it down.
You can use copyrighted music with permission, or rights-free music.
We acknowledge AI is now used as a tool in many creative and technological processes. If AI has been used in the creative process, it needs to be referenced in the application.
