As always we have received hundreds of truly brilliant entries from Nottingham’s very talented young people.
Very well done to everyone who has taken part. We know it’s not easy to put yourself - and your creative work - out there. You should be very proud.
Our expert judges are now working their way through the entries to make their very tough decisions.
We will begin announcing the finalists in each category, via the Young Creative Awards Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages, from Monday 6 June - one category per day:

Thursday 9 June - Design & Architecture

Saturday 11 June - Film

Wednesday 15 June - Theatre
Thursday 16 June - Visual Arts
The winners, in all categories, will then be announced on Friday 17 June.
