Young Creative Awards on Notts TV

This year's Young Creative Awards haven't entirely gone as we'd planned them back at the start of 2020. But then what has gone to plan this year, right?

We have adapted and changed and - instead of a week of live events at Metronome - we announced the winners of the 2020 Young Creative Awards via social media, showcasing the amazing creative talent of Nottingham's young people online.

On Saturday 22 August at 7:30pm, the brilliant Notts TV will be broadcasting a specially produced one hour TV show, celebrating the best of this year's Young Creative Awards.

The programme is presented by Cassie Bradley, and features live performances by YCN Patron ROB.GREEN as well as Ellie Stainsby, who won this year in the 11-15 age group in both the Music and Photography categories.

In the exclusive show Cassie also chats to Sarah Mensah (Photography winner, 16-18) and Isabel Hambly (Fashion & Textiles winner, 19-24), and shows clips of several of this year's winning animations and films, plus a reading by Jem Braithwaite (Creative Writing winner, 19-24).

The Young Creative Awards 2020 television programme will be broadcast on Notts TV (Freeview Channel 7, Virgin 159) at 7:30pm on Saturday 22 August. It will then be available to watch On Demand.
