Join us on Saturday 3 September, 12pm - 4pm, for a celebration of our incredible local talent, featuring a dance performance from Jamal Sterrett, live music from ALT BLK ERA, readings from our Creative Writing Award winners, textile exhibitions, and loads more

On Saturday 3 September from 12pm - 4pm, Sneinton Market Avenues’ plaza will be transformed into a vibrant live expo, presenting a diverse line-up of musicians, poets and performers.

As well as live performances, enjoy our unique outdoor exhibition of photography, visual art, fashion, graphic design and architecture by some of Nottingham's most exciting young creative talents.

You can expect:

  • Live music from ALT BLK ERA, Daniel Porter, Ellie Stainsby, and Ivee

  • Creative writing readings from Leah Chaplin, Lottie Cox, Áine Mullan and Sophie Carroll

  • Dance performance from Jamal Sterrett Phoenix

Plus, more to be announced!

Down at The Shop, we have an exhibition of Fashion and Textiles winners Emily Daniels and Caleb Stutchbury, plus our 2022 winner of the Hand & Lock Award for Creative Embroidery Caitlin Rodriguez.

To celebrate the brilliance and creativity of Nottingham's young people, Blend will be serving free food and soft drinks for guests, from 12pm (although when it's gone, it's gone!). And as always, Sneinton Market's resident retailers will be open and showcasing their products and services.

Join us for an afternoon connecting with your city's young creatives - you could be witnessing the future greats!

This event is open to everyone.
